Mark 10:7-8 ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.
How does your marriage stack up?
Mat 19:6 “So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what
God has joined together, let no man separate.”

You’ve seen them at restaurants. They look a little alike in a strange kind of way. His eyes are distant and she never looks up from her food. During the course of the dinner the words they speak are to the waiter.
They’ve been married for over 30 years but they scarcely know each other. As the children were growing up ball games and school plays and friends kept everyone on the run. Now they have time on their hands but they don’t have a personal relationship nor do they know how to talk to each other.

A strong marriage requires a strong relationship with Jesus. That relationship will cause us to give and love sacrificially as He did.
And our love will first be displayed to our lifelong partners.
One flesh in marriage is so much more than just the living together and
the physical part of a marriage. How does your relationship stack up?
If you have to hesitate or immediately know that you are in trouble then there is no time like the present to start to correct it.
How about going out on a date with your spouse this week!!!!!
How about telling him or her that you love them and practicing that daily.
Change your priorities and hobbies to include both of you!!!!
